1. Scope
This Refund & License Policy applies to purchases of Command Vault Pro licenses and other Command Vault digital products sold by or on behalf of M3 Marketplace LLC.
2. Refund Requests
If you believe you purchased the wrong license, were charged more than once, did not receive your license, or cannot reasonably use the purchased product because of a verified technical problem, contact support@commandvaultapp.com as soon as practical. Please include the purchase email address and enough transaction information for us to locate the order. Do not email full payment-card numbers.
3. Digital Delivery
Command Vault licenses and related digital products may be fulfilled electronically. A signed .cvlicense file may be generated and sent to the purchaser's email address after successful payment. Delivery or activation of a digital license may be considered when evaluating a refund request where permitted by law.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Verified duplicate charges or clear billing errors will be reviewed promptly and corrected or refunded as appropriate through the payment provider.
5. Technical Problems
If Command Vault cannot be used because of a reproducible technical issue, please allow us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved and a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the applicable transaction rules, the refund will be processed through the payment provider.
6. Change-of-Mind Requests
Because software and license files are digital goods delivered electronically, change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed after fulfillment. We may consider requests in good faith, but any refund remains subject to applicable law and the payment or merchant-of-record provider's requirements.
7. Annual Pro Subscription
Command Vault Pro Annual is a recurring annual license where indicated at checkout. Canceling prevents future renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for a completed prior charge. Refund rights for a renewal charge are governed by applicable law, the checkout terms, and the payment provider's rules.
8. Lifetime Pro License
A Lifetime Pro purchase is a one-time license purchase for the licensed Command Vault product as described in the Terms of Use. It is not a recurring subscription.
9. License Effect After Refund or Reversal
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, the associated paid license may be deactivated or treated as no longer valid to the extent permitted by law.
10. Command Packs
Command packs and other separately sold digital products may have product-specific fulfillment and refund considerations. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the same general digital-product principles in this policy apply.
11. Payment Provider Rules
Transactions may be processed by a third-party payment or merchant-of-record provider. Where that provider's mandatory refund, dispute, consumer-protection, or transaction rules apply, those rules will control to the extent required.
