COMMAND VAULT

Terms of Use

Effective: September 17, 2026 • Operated by M3 Marketplace LLC

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Command Vault software, commandvaultapp.com, software licenses, downloadable content, and related services provided by M3 Marketplace LLC. By downloading, installing, purchasing, activating, or using Command Vault, you agree to these Terms.

2. Command Vault Editions

Command Vault may be offered in Community, Pro, and other editions or license levels. Features, prices, and availability may change over time. A paid license grants access only to the features and license term associated with that purchase.

3. Software License

Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase terms, M3 Marketplace LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Command Vault for your own lawful professional, business, or personal purposes.

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it, bypass licensing controls, forge or alter a signed license file, or use Command Vault to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

4. License Files

Paid Command Vault features may be enabled using a signed .cvlicense file. License files are issued for the purchaser or licensed customer and may contain identifying license metadata. You are responsible for protecting your license file from unauthorized distribution.

5. Annual Pro Licenses

An Annual Pro license provides Pro access for the applicable paid term. Annual subscriptions may renew automatically according to the checkout terms presented at purchase unless canceled before renewal. Renewal pricing and terms are those disclosed through the applicable purchase flow, subject to applicable law.

6. Lifetime Pro Licenses

A Lifetime Pro license provides non-expiring Pro access for the licensed Command Vault product under the terms of the purchase. "Lifetime" refers to the supported lifetime of the licensed product offering and does not guarantee that every future product, separately sold product, command pack, service, platform, or major replacement product will be included.

7. Command Packs and Separate Products

Command packs and other downloadable content may be sold separately from Command Vault Pro. Purchasing Pro does not automatically grant ownership of separately priced command packs unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

8. Purchases and Payment Processing

Purchases may be processed by third-party payment and merchant-of-record providers. Their checkout terms, tax handling, payment rules, and refund requirements may also apply to your transaction. You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information.

9. Updates and Changes

We may release maintenance updates, feature updates, security fixes, or new versions. We may modify, add, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, product development, legal compliance, or business operations. Paid entitlements will be interpreted according to the license purchased and applicable consumer law.

10. Local Data and Backups

Command Vault is designed to store command-library data locally. You are responsible for your own device security and backups. Although Command Vault may provide backup features, no backup system can guarantee against all data loss.

11. Professional and Technical Use

Command Vault stores and presents commands and technical reference content, but you remain responsible for reviewing commands before executing them. Commands can alter systems, data, networks, databases, services, permissions, or configurations. You should understand a command and its impact before use and maintain appropriate backups, testing, access controls, and change-management practices.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Command Vault and related content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every command or reference item is appropriate for every environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M3 Marketplace LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or system availability arising from use of Command Vault. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid licensing or related services if there is material fraud, chargeback abuse, forged licensing, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have.

15. Intellectual Property

Command Vault, its branding, software, website content, and curated command-pack content are owned by or licensed to M3 Marketplace LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software or brand to you.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively except where applicable law permits otherwise.
